Job Overview:
You will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in upholding our reputation for excellent service. Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing detailed product information to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and accurate information on products and services.
- Order Processing: Assist with order placement, shipment tracking, and managing returns or exchanges.
- Problem Resolution: Efficiently handle customer complaints, providing solutions within company guidelines while ensuring satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our product range, including features, specifications, and installation procedures, to offer expert advice.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to manage customer accounts, provide quotes, and follow up on leads.
- Documentation: Record customer interactions, transactions, and feedback accurately using our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as manufacturing, logistics, and quality control to resolve customer issues and improve service.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to contribute to product and service improvements.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous customer service experience, ideally in manufacturing or retail.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer issues with calmness and quick thinking.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with bathroom products or a willingness to quickly learn technical product details.
- Organizational Skills: Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
