About the role...

As Client Services Director, you'll be reporting to the Founder developing the team while driving the growth of key accounts and new business. You'll lead the client services team, encouraging teamwork as well as mentoring and developing people.

You'll overview all client projects in keeping up to date with progress, deadlines, targets and budgets. You'll sustain and nurture the foundations of solid relationships with clients while identifying new opportunities along the way.
