Trainee Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for Delivery Consultants or Recruitment Resourcer’s to join our Delivery team based in Leeds- no experience is required but if you have experience of working within IT & Technology recruitment, that a huge benefit!

Working in delivery isn’t for the faint hearted, it’s exciting, fast paced, challenging, and at times is like riding a roller coaster. You will need:

• Entrepreneurial spirit with a work ethic that’s second to none
• Passionate, ambitious, money motivated
• Strong Verbal and written communication skills
• Strong relationship builder/ Networking abilities
• Comfortable with Social Media Branding (LinkedIn)
• Strong attention to detail

The role is varied and no two days are the same! The role is mostly candidate focussed and includes sourcing candidates through headhunting and networking, interviewing candidates for suitability, interview prep for candidates, social media posting (LinkedIn), making job offers and handling rejections, plus more!
