We are working with a lifestyle brand looking to add an Events Manager to their team. You'll be the creative force behind planning and executing diverse events, transforming ideas into vibrant realities. Your expertise will guide the entire event lifecycle, ensuring every detail contributes to an impactful and seamless experience.

Based near Leeds, the company has been growing and are looking for an Events Manager with some Marketing experience to join their team, to organise their events, promoting their venues and brands. This person will drive business growth, and take company events to the next level, responsible for driving the business through managing and increasing bookings ensuring that they create and maintain links within the local area

Day to day responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of marketing events, including logistics, budgeting, vendor management, and onsite execution.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of messaging and branding.
• Look at attendee acquisition and engagement through targeted marketing campaigns, content creation, and innovative activation ideas.
• Monitor and analyse event performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Required skills:

• Previous experience in event management and coordination.
• A natural networker who understands fully how to create contacts through local organisations, groups and online networking, thrives when growing personal connections and sourcing local opportunities both marketing and sales
• Project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
