Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Installation Branch Manager to lead our Industrial Refrigeration business in the UK and Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing P&L responsibilities, driving operational efficiency, and fostering a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Performance: Oversee the financial health of the Industrial Refrigeration business, ensuring achievement of annual financial goals in terms of Gross Margin, EBIT, and Return on Sales.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team of sales, design, and field operations professionals to meet business objectives.
- Commercial Excellence: Review and negotiate contractual terms and conditions to optimize profitability and mitigate risks.
- Operational Efficiency: Implement and optimize processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer service.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing P&L responsibilities for an industrial refrigeration business.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the industrial refrigeration industry and its regulatory landscape.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
