Quantity Surveyor
Location: Leeds
Salary: £40,000 to £60,000 + Car Allowance
Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor seeking a new opportunity? Have you worked with a main contractor on refurbishment or new build projects? TS Recruitment is partnering with a leading main contractor to recruit a Quantity Surveyor for their Leeds office.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage 2-3 projectssimultaneously
- Conduct site visits nationwide for cost management, including site measures, variations, and meetings
- Manage subcontractor and supplier approvalsand procurement processes
- Prepare and issue contracts
- Produce Cost Value Reports (CVRs)
- Reconcile invoices and approve payments
- Prepare and submit final accounts

Required Knowledge & Experience
- Experience: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Sector: Construction build or fit-out background preferred
- Education: Degree-level qualification is advantageous
- Skills: Strong IT and numerical proficiency
- License: Valid UK driving license
