Sales Director - IT Consulting - FinTech - Fully Remote within the UK (Client site visits required)
I have just partnered with a leading IT Consultancy who specialise in providing innovative Tech solutions to companies in the UK.
With an established and growing client base within the FinTech sector and having doubled in size in the last 12 months with plans to double again in 2025 and a current team of 20, they are looking for a dynamic/ autonomous and driven Sales Director to come on board and continue to grow the company off the back of its stunning organic success thus far!
What will I be doing?
The Sales Director will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company market presence within the UK IT Consulting sector.
You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies and roadmaps/ forging and managing key client relationships and building a high-performing sales team.

What do I need to bring?
You will have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience leading the Sales strategy within the IT Consulting or Software Development sector, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
If your experience has been centred around the UK FinTech sector this will a huge advantage
