We are searching for a talented and motivated Growth Marketing Executive to join our industry leading business and support our Marketing Manager with our global campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic growth marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive revenue across multiple business channels.
- Use the Adobe Suite to design supporting documentation, photo and video content for our consultants to pitch for business.
- Identify global events & conference opportunities for our individual sectors.
- Coordinate with dedicated exhibition teams to ensure our successful presence resulting in a positive ROI.
- Maximise both Consult & Medexec’s exposure in our markets & solidify brand in the minds of our clients.
- Create compelling content (blogs, social media posts, website copy) to attract top talent and promote our services.
- Maximising utilisation and adoption of CRM/sales support software to drive growth initiatives via automation techniques.
- Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms.
- Support with website maintenance and content updates.
- Assist with branding and creative initiatives.
- Generate marketing reports and analyse data to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Media or Graphic Design.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media marketing, content marketing, growth marketing, SEO/PPC & graphic design.
- Proven ability in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, PremierePro, AfterEffects).
- Experience in editing and updating websites.
- Ability to create engaging content (written, visual, and video) that resonates with our target audience.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms such as HootSuite and Google Analytics.
- Excellent communicator who is capable of storytelling and brand messaging.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive attitude, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine interest in the recruitment industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
