Job Description: As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience in building surveying within a commercial context. You will be involved in a wide range of projects, including building inspections, technical due diligence, condition surveys, and project management. This role is perfect for a recent graduate seeking to kickstart their career in building surveying with a reputable commercial consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct building surveys and prepare detailed reports.
  • Assist with technical due diligence and condition surveys for commercial properties.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure project success.
  • Support the team in project management and quality control.
  • Participate in site inspections, client meetings, and planning applications.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Work toward Chartership

Requirements:

  • A relevant degree in Building Surveying, Construction, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
