A Groundworks / Civils Contractor in the Leeds area are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who lives locally to work on residential projects across the Yorkshire area

If you currently works as a Permanant or Freelance Quantity Surveyor and you live locally (Leeds) and have residential experience as a Quantity Surveyor this position will suit you

Requirements for this Quantity Surveyor position:

• You must be degree qualified in a relevant field
• You should have experience residential
• You should have previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• You must be personable, articulate, and confident to liaise with stakeholders at all levels

Pay - 60k to 75k, plus benefits
