Description

As a Contact Centre Advisor you will be working alongside an excellent team providing support to clients that are going through the remortgage process.

You will be dealing with calls from clients, banks and other legal professionals handling a range of queries ensuring the process is as smooth as possible for the customer.

Profile

No experience required full training would be provided and would suit someone that has worked within a customer facing role such as hospitality and retail

Exceptional customer service skills

Able to work in a busy environment

Excellent communication and a confident telephone manner

A good team player
